For the third consecutive year, Breast Imaging Victoria is proud to be an official sponsor of the Mother’s Day Classic 2026 — an event that continues to unite Australians in support of life-saving breast and ovarian cancer research.

Held on Sunday 10 May 2026, the Mother’s Day Classic brings together communities across the country to walk and run with purpose, raising both awareness and critical funding for research that improves outcomes for women everywhere.

At Breast Imaging Victoria, supporting early detection and breast health awareness is at the heart of everything we do. As a specialist breast imaging clinic based at Epworth Cliveden in East Melbourne, we are committed to providing women with timely access to advanced breast imaging, including:

Breast Ultrasound

Image-guided breast biopsy procedures
Specialist-led multidisciplinary care

Our integrated model of care allows patients to move seamlessly from imaging to further assessment, biopsy, and surgical consultation if required — helping reduce waiting times and ease patient anxiety.

Over the past three years, the Mother’s Day Classic has become an event deeply connected to our team and values. We are honoured to once again stand alongside thousands of Australians walking, running, fundraising, and supporting those impacted by breast and ovarian cancer.

The Mother’s Day Classic community has now raised more than $50 million for breast and ovarian cancer research since 1998, with over 1.7 million participants taking part nationally.
